In case of unfair trade practices, if you report unfair activity to our Fair Trade Compliance Office,
we will reply after checking the facts with the person in charge.
The informer's identity will be kept strictly confidential so as not to be disadvantaged from company

    We guarantee no disadvantage to the reporter and strict confidentiality according to the Reporter Protection Regulations.

    • Unreasonable transferring of cost, abusive act by using superior position (general pressure, request, etc.)
